Pump and Tank Services was formed in the early 1960s by James Monaghan as a family run business predominantly installing and maintaining petrol and diesel storage and dispensing equipment. It became a limited Company in 2002.

Civil and building works have always been included in the scope of Pump and Tank Services Ltd. With the introduction of the Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) (England) 2001 Regulations it became evident that many of our clients required a “one stop shop” facility where one company could provide “turnkey solutions” in all aspects of installing fuel storage and dispensing equipment, including civil and building works, to a guaranteed high standard.

To that end we assembled a team of skilled building trade’s craftsmen and in 2007 formed PTS Construction Ltd.As a compliment to both fuel engineering and construction/building maintenance, we made a significant investment into drainage maintenance and cleaning equipment including a fleet of state of the art vacuum tankers complete with high pressure jetting units.

The PTS Group continue to successfully deliver service and installation contracts as well as building contracts and are complimented by the vast array of skills and qualifications each company has to offer.
